An Irish teacher inherits a house from his mother that harbors a secret.
“The Lord of Tears” is the story of a man plagued by the multiple estates his mother leaves him and oh, also by an Owlman. That’s right. Honestly this was a confusing film. There was however an Epic Mustache Man though. Throughout the film, scenes would flash to EMM doing various things like: holding marbles, sharpening an axe, and taking baths. Let that sink in. Also, the 5 minute dancing scene is something to behold.
I didn’t really care for “The Lord of Tears”, but I can’t help but feel that I missed some deeper meaning. Watch it and wonder as well.
